How to schedule posts on Facebook

You have probably heard that Facebook has finally allowed us to schedule posts, enabling us to post whenever we want. It was a feature that was anticipated by many users, especially those that use Facebook as a marketing tool. Hootsuite and Sendible might not be happy with this addition, but in general, it was high time it was added.

If you haven't tried this new feature yet, since it was introduced yesterday, let me tell you how it works.
  1. First, you go to the posting box, as if you would post a new status.
  2. Then, you see a clock that appears on the bottom left of the box.
  3. When you click that clock, you set year, month, day, hour that you want to post the status.
  4. After that, you click "Schedule".                                                                                                        *The time you are scheduling is in your time zone
  5. Facebook notifies you that your post has been scheduled.
  6. You can see your scheduled posts if you go to "Manage" -> "Use Activity Log"
  7. In Activity Log you can see the scheduled posts and change the scheduled time if you want.

That's all for now.

Hope it was helpful! :)
